The Role
We are looking for a recruiting owner who is excited to drive our talent function and systems. We must be the most effective recruiting system in the world, and we need someone to own the day to day operational aspects behind it and push it forward.
Jobs to be done:
- Sourcing
- Managing our network of external agency recruiters and keeping them engaged
- Screening resumes sent to us
- Coordinating our internal sourcers
- Building new lists of potential candidates to target
- Proactively generate new ways to expand our top of funnel
- Recruiting events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruiting events to build more top of funnel
- Own logistics, signups, and follow-ups
- Interview coordination
- Ensure that interviews with candidates are happening at the fastest possible pace
- Work trial coordination
- Coordinate candidates pre-work trial to ensure that their travel and logistics are coordinated
- Coordinate Forge interviewers and their calendars to schedule the work trial itself
- Ensure during-work trial that everything is going according to schedule
- Candidate experience
- Maximize the candidate experience to make sure that candidates say that this was the best interview process they’ve been through
- Metrics: Set up, maintain, and report out on the metrics of our recruiting funnel
- Setting direction and continually improving all aspects of our recruiting system and funnel
