Forge (backed by Founders Fund and OpenAI) is creating the next layer of human-computer interaction, combining the intelligence of AI with the reliability of software. With the product, Forge automates the most complex manual human processes using AI for the world's largest companies. To do this reliably and at large scale, Forge is creating a new English programming language with the capability to do all work while being as simple and as elegant as possible. Processes that used to take people multiple hours to do can now be done in a fraction of the time at super-human quality, just given your English instructions.
Forge is now deployed around the world and is powering our customers’ most significant processes. We scaled to millions in revenue as a team of 4 all of 2024, and then grew to 22 people by end of 2025, and are working with some of the largest enterprises in the world. To meet customer demand, we need to hire 40+ more people over the next 6 months. We are looking for a founding recruiter / head of talent to get to this next level.
We need someone who can build a talent org and processes from scratch. And who has the desire and energy to do so. You need to be in the weeds — this is not a high-level role.
The density of talent at Forge is extremely high (VP of Ops from Scale AI, financial services vertical owner from Palantir, Growth Lead from Ramp, Head of Sales from Glean AI, engineers who have built multiple systems end to end at top startups, etc.) and we want someone who is excited by that challenge of finding the top people in the world.
We must be the most effective recruiting system in the world, and we need someone to own the vision for it, and the day to day operational aspects behind it.
A large amount of the 40+ hires will be on the Forward Deployed side of the business - both Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Strategists (account managers that can drive on-the-ground business transformation).
