The product lets you use English to describe your complex processes, and Forge then executes those reliably at scale. Processes that used to take people multiple hours to do can now be done in a fraction of the time at better-than-human quality. Anything that a person can do on a computer can be done by Forge, given your English instructions.
Forge is now deployed around the world and is powering our customers’ most critical processes (various public companies and F500’s). We are accelerating into our next phase, and we are looking for the next person to join our team at this inflection point.
We’re hiring for a Forward Deployed Strategist.
You will be inside large companies building great relationships (should enjoy winning over stakeholders and making magic happen), navigating complex situations, managing operational rollouts involving multiple parties and stakeholders of all levels, and will need to be able to dive into the details of how a specific part of the Forge automation can work.
You should have some baseline technical background to converse with customers, but with significant experience navigating large enterprise customers and deals. You should have the ownership mentality to do whatever is required to get the work done, make the customer extremely happy, and push the company forward.
Deploying and scaling Forge inside a large company to automate their most critical processes involves a lot of change management and making sure the customers’ various teams are aligned throughout. So being able to project manage the entire rollout while navigating internal politics is key.
